The Personal FTP Server

The Personal FTP Server lets you run your own FTP Server using your Windows computer. It supports up to 250 users with their own passwords and paths.

You can specify read/write permissions for the users. It has features such as multidirectoriess, virtual messagefile, and IP-blocking.
